A pursuit like aviation is a great leveler. We meet, communicate, learn, and  share with people who have the same interests as our own, and who may come from all walks of life. We share equally even though we may know little of our associate's life beyond the biplane cockpit.

As you might expect, we have quite a number of professional aviators among our ranks, and one such person is about to celebrate a major milestone as he transitions from above 70,000 feet (and who knows how fast), to the more sedate altitude at which a Bucker is at home.
